New Customs Regulations from 2024 for Goods of Classes 25-97

As per 01.01.2024, no duty will be payable on goods for tariffs 25-97. However, there are isolated exceptions. It’s important if the importer only installs goods and then sells its again, the origin can only be passed on if a EUR 1 or similar form has been issued before. Otherwise, no customs duties will be charged in Switzerland, but the preference will also be cancelled!
