Christmas Market in Basel

On 28.11.2024, the numerous Christmas markets in our city will open their doors again. Together with Kleinbasel, the Old Town forms the historic core. With its magnificent buildings, picturesque alleyways and the banks of the Rhine, it is world-famous for its numerous sights. The Middle Bridge, St. Martin’s Church, the old University of Basel, the Basel Natural History Museum and Basel Minster are all located along the Rhine. The city regularly makes it into the top five of the “Best Christmas Markets in Europe”.
